Marriott International has signed an agreement with Al Maryia Real Estate Establishment to open a Four Points by Sheraton in the capital city of Riyadh.
Scheduled to open in 2019, Four Points by Sheraton King Abdul Aziz Road will offer 130 keys in the Sulaimaniyah district of the city.
Six other Four Points by Sheraton branded hotels are on track to open in Saudi Arabia in the next five years, a statement from the American hotel operator said.
Marriott International, president and managing director Middle East and Africa Alex Kyriakidis said in a statement: “This deal reinforces our commitment to Saudi Arabia where we continue to see a strong demand for our brands across the country with over 30 hotels and nearly 10,000 rooms in our development pipeline.” More info
